How Our Service Works

You can contact Clear Crystal Consultancy Ltd 7 days a week from 7am to 11.30 Monday – Friday Saturday until 20.00pm and Sunday 19.00pm to request an agency staff. Out of these hours if you leave a voicemail message and someone will come back to you within the hour. Telephone +44 (0) 7555155987.

Our staff dress code for staff is smart business wear, they will also bring a copy of their DBS or number so the manager can check it on the update service.

All staff are fully compliant before they deliver any service for us.

Where a member of staff is working with you long-term, we always ask for your feedback, so you will be sent a customer satisfaction survey form so we can monitor the quality of our staff’s performance, help us to address any gaps (if there is any) and make sure your satisfied with our service.

Our Customer service advisor will take down all your requirements and come back to you within 1 hour to let you know if we can supply the staff required.

All staff are experienced, qualified within social care, honest reliable and punctual.

If you want to see the staff’s profile before any assignment, we will be happy to send a copy. For Data protection all personal data and photographs will be removed.

If you would like to use our services, you will be sent our terms and conditions set out to make sure you receive value for money.
